8D is an effective tool to solve engineering problems. Traditionally, problems are approached with a viewpoint of 'resolution'. Structured problem solving methods like 8D offer a viewpoint of 'learning and resolution', which allows to minimise the possibility of recurring problems of similar nature.

For anyone working in the engineering industry, this course will provide a detailed overview of each activity involved in 8D and insights on best practices of 8D.
